ChocolateExpert was set up to be the chocolate fountain of knowledge. We want it to answer every question you have about chocolate. If you've been through our site and not found the answer to your query, then, please, write and tell us. We are always on the lookout for topics we haven't covered yet and regularly review the site. And our experts welcome your questions!

Already our expert authors have written about the history of chocolate, and how it's made and considered whether it's bad or good for your health. (A small quantity of high-quality dark chocolate is packed with antioxidants, good for your body, and it also helps release happy hormones, good for your mind!) They've looked at organic, vegetarian and vegan chocolate as well as alternatives to chocolate, and lots more besides.

They've provided recipes for the perfect chocolate cake, brownies, snacks and desserts as well as information on using chocolate in savoury dishes. They've reviewed all the different sorts of chocolate including dark, milk, white and cooking, and considered their various uses.

And at great cost to their waistlines they've travelled the world to find the tastiest and best chocolate. And to encourage you to sample them for yourselves!

We really want to help spread the word and if you can help by linking to ChocolateExpert, we truly appreciate it.
